What is a Deep Clean and how is it different to Normal Cleaning?
The easy answer is that normal cleaning consists mostly of surface cleaning (Vacuuming, dusting, wiping) where as a Deep clean means that almost every nook and cranny in the house gets special attention to reach deep grime and dirt.
We do a complete A-Z cleaning in all areas and make sure all areas are germ and dust free by dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting and deodorising. spot and stain removal where possible, Mold and mildew removal to leave your home cleaner for longer and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.

Every home needs a Deep Clean every once in a while even if you do regular weekly cleaning. It is a good idea if you have never had your home deep cleaned before, moving in or out, recently did building work, planning a special event, or preparing for the holidays.

How long does a Deep Clean take?
Regular cleaning of a home can take 2-3 hours. A deep clean can last between 4-6 hours depending on the condition of the property and because we pride ourselves in the service provided we don’t leave till the client and we are happy with the job completed.
Will my home be inspected after the clean?
One of our Team Leaders will inspect all areas to ensure we did not miss anything and before leaving will do a walk through with the client.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you don’t have to be home we only require arrangements to be made to access the property, however if you choose to be home while the cleaning is done this is perfectly in order and you don’t have to lift a finger let us take care of everything. We would just kindly ask to be careful of working areas or wet floors.
Do you furnish all of the equipment and supplies?
Yes, we supply our own specialised chemicals and equipment needed to do a Deep Clean.
How many people come to clean my home?
Depending on the home we can work individually, in teams of 3 or in teams of 4.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind and we take every attempt to treat your home with the utmost care.
Do I have to do anything before you come to clean my home?
To optimize your cleaning it is advantageous to pick up as much loose laying items and items of value as possible.
Carpet Cleaning
How long will it take to have my carpets cleaned at my home?
The amount of time will be contingent on the size of the area needing to be cleaned and the condition of the carpets. Our highly trained technician will guide you through the process.
Will carpet cleaning be disruptive to my family?
The carpet cleaning team at will work with you to schedule a time convenient for you. Our technician will inform you of estimated dry times needed.
How often do I need to get my carpets professionally cleaned?
To keep your carpets in your home looking their best, we recommend having your carpets professionally cleaned every 6-12 months depending on traffic. Many carpet manufacturers require professional cleaning to maintain your warranty, so save your cleaning receipts.
When will I be able to walk on my floors after a carpet cleaning?
Allow drying time of six to eight hours before you walk on your carpet. It is best to wait two days before placing heavy furniture back onto carpet if not using blocks
Will there be an odour?
Depending on the type of carpet we’re cleaning, you may notice a faint scent. This is especially prevalent when cleaning wool carpets. The amount of time it takes for the odour to dissipate is usually within an hour but varies based on air circulation, heat and humidity. We pre-spray the carpets, remove the spots, and then use clean water extraction, ensuring we do not leave any soapy residue behind. This allows for fresh, clean carpets.
Do I need to do anything prior to the technician arriving for my scheduled service?
Yes. Remove breakables from the tops of furniture in the room we will be cleaning. Pick up items from the floor, such as rugs, plants, toys, pet beds, etc.
Do I have to move furniture?
To get the best results with professional carpet cleaning, we recommend removing light furniture from the rooms we will be cleaning. However, we can place blocks under lighter items such as end tables, coffee tables, dining room chairs, loveseats, chairs and small couches. Items we clean around instead of moving include armoires, pieces containing china and electronics, large exercise equipment and large or heavy couches.
Are there instructions to follow after my carpets are cleaned?
Immediately after cleaning, it’s best to allow carpets to dry for at least 8 hours before walking on them. Walking on them may flatten the fibres. When walking on them for the next 8 hours, wear white cotton socks.. If a carpet protector such as ScotchgardTM was applied, foot traffic should be minimized for up to 24 hours to let the product cure. Don’t move any furniture back in place until carpet is completely dry or Scotchgard carpet protector has cured. Regular maintenance includes vacuuming often and cleaning up spills immediately.
How can I remove impressions on my carpets that heavy furniture left behind?
We recommend using a clothes steamer to remove the furniture dents.
